Exhibitor tips: quick tips for winning some PR for your business' trade show appearance

- Treat the media as important potential clients. Ask them to connect on LinkedIn so you can share updates. Invite them out for drinks after the show.

- Have a giveaway at your booth specifically for the PR professional -- something you can make sure has their name on it. 

- Acquire a list of media contacts and add them to your email list. Offer them some scoop that you haven't released to the wires.

- Patronize their organization, if possible. If they're a newspaper or a magazine, do a small 6-month engagement and test out the benefits of their offering.
